November delivered a classic late-fall cooldown across much of the U.S. With colder air settling into parts of the Northern Plains and Midwest while the South stayed unusually warm. A series of quick-moving systems brought sharp temperature swings, the first meaningful snow for parts of the Rockies and Northeast, and a few early-season cold snaps. Overall, it was a month that hinted at winter, but didn’t fully commit.
